STM32F103xC, STM32F103xD and STM32F103xE high-performance series, it integrates a high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core working at 72 MHz, high-speed embedded memory (up to 512KB flash and up to 64KB SRAM memory), and a large number of enhanced I/O and peripheral devices connected to 2 APB buses. All devices offer three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers, two PWM timers, and standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I2C, three SPI, two I2S, one SDIO, five usart, one USB, and one CAN.
STM32F103xC/D/E high-capacity and high-performance series are -40 to 105°C and 2.0 to 3.6V. This series provides a comprehensive set of power-saving modes for low-power application designs.
