Artix®-7 FPGA is available in -3,-2,-1,-1LI,and-2L speed grades,-3 for maximum performance. Artix-7 FPGAs operate primarily at 1.0V core voltage. -1LI and-2L devices are screened for lower maximum static power and can operate at lower core voltages than -1 and-2 devices, respectively, to obtain lower dynamic power. The-1LI equipment only works at VCCINT = VCCBRAM = 0.95V and has the same speed specifications as the -1 speed level. -2L devices can operate at two VCCINT voltages (0.9V and 1.0V) and have been screened to obtain a lower maximum static power. When operating at VCCINT = 1.0V, the speed specification of the the-2L equipment is the same as the-2 speed rating. When operating at VCCINT = 0.9V, the static and dynamic power of the the-2L is reduced. Artix-7 FPGA DC and AC characteristics are specified in the commercial, extended, industrial, extended (-1Q) and military (-1m) temperature ranges. Except for the operating temperature range or unless otherwise noted, all DC and AC electrical parameters are the same for a particular speed class (I. e., the timing characteristics of a-1 instrument speed class military equipment are the same as those of a-1C speed class commercial equipment). However, within each temperature range, only selected speed levels and/or equipment are available. For example,-1m is only available in the defense-grade Artix-7Q series, and-1Q only in the XA Artix-7 fpga. All supply voltage and junction temperature specifications represent a worst-case scenario. The included parameters are common to popular designs and typical applications. Available device and package combinations can be found:
