3 Description

LM139-MIL device consists of four independent voltage comparators and is designed to be powered by a single power supply over a wide voltage range. As long as the difference between the two power supplies is 2v to 36v, and VCC is at least 1.5v positive than the input common mode voltage, you can also operate from dual power supplies. The current consumption is independent of the supply voltage. The output can be connected to other open-collector outputs to achieve a line-and relationship. LM139-MIL equipment is characterized by operation in the entire military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
